The prices shown on our website should be considered up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

  1. DELIVERY

After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Average shipping time varies from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. We are based in Portugal (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs fees will be applied to orders delivered within the European Union.

  1. COMPLAINTS

We are available by phone, email, and private message on social media to register any complaint you wish to make about a product, website features, or anything else.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Events that occur outside of CUCAWIK's control and are not foreseeable should be considered force majeure events, meaning that CUCAWIK is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events include government action or inaction, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fire or floods, sabotage, accidents, war, natural disasters, strikes, or supply shortages from suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.

  1. PAYMENTS

All products remain the property of CUCAWIK until payment is made. The price applied is the one that was set on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before you confirm your purchase. If you are under 18, you must have the approval of an adult to purchase from CUCAWIK.

All transactions conducted through CUCAWIK are handled and processed by third parties dedicated to data breach prevention to ensure your security. Your card information is not stored, and all card information is transmitted using SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method for the transaction, as they will be responsible for the transaction.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In case of damage, we will replace the product at no extra cost. We only ask that you send the item to our store with your full name, phone number, order number, and invoice number.

The item will be reshipped within a maximum of 8 business days after the item is received at the store. Exchanges for a new item are subject to stock availability.

In the event that a product is out of stock, CUCAWIK has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid in the manner the customer wishes. CUCAWIK must also notify the customer if equivalent products are available.
